COVID-19 UPDATE

Given the unprecedented situation that our country and our world are facing with the spread of COVID-19, we want to assure you that True North Advisory Group is taking every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our advisors, staff, clients, and business partners. 

As your trusted advisory firm, we wanted to reach out to give you an update about what True North Advisory Group is doing.  We are fully operational, and there has been no disruption to our business. We cannot predict what effect a long-term crisis will have on our economy, but we can assure you that we are taking steps to ensure our service levels remain high.   Outlined below are some of the changes we have made, this in no way affects our ability to work on your behalf as your financial advisors.

• Our advisors and staff are primarily working from home and/or remote locations.  For those that are coming into the office, we are using a rotational shift schedule, reducing the number of people we have in our building at one time.

• Our entire advisory team and staff are mandated to stay home if they are not feeling well or showing symptoms of illness. They are required to stay home and isolate if any of their family members have COVID-19. 

We are currently maintaining our schedules, but with health and safety as a top priority, we are moving meetings to online meetings or conference calls.  Your advisor will contact you if this will impact your upcoming meeting.
