You worked hard for your money. The number on the page is not the number that lands in your account. Most people find that out the hard way, after the deal is signed.
I grew up in Northeast Minneapolis and started my career in tax accounting, working with athletes and institutional money, before spending years in banking, real estate, private equity, and hedge funds. That background gave me a full view of how money actually moves, from the term sheet to what's left after taxes, fees, and deal structure.
Today, I bring that perspective to professional and college athletes, entrepreneurs and founders building something, and the agents, managers, and lawyers who represent them. My role is to make sure the opportunity you have works as hard for you as you worked to get it.
What I actually do:
- I read the fine print on your deal. Contracts, NIL agreements, equity, whatever the structure, I look at what you actually keep, not just the headline number.
- I bring the same discipline institutions use. Years in banking, private equity, and hedge funds taught me how to manage risk at the highest level.
- I work with your team, not around them. Aligned with your agent, manager, and attorneys, so everyone is pulling in the same direction.
- I take a value first, long-term approach. I view capital allocation through the same lens Graham, Dodd, and Buffett taught generations of investors to use: clear thinking, steady hands, put the odds in your favor, and let the work compound.
Let's build your strategy.
